Norteño Ethics, a notorious Hispanic street gang in the Eastern part of Los Santos, known for its major distribution in drugs, guns and their habit to start fights with rival gangs regularly. Often seen repping yellow rags they are known for extreme violence and and an un-matched hate for NorthSiders.

The group was founded shortly after the arrest and murder of several higher ranked members in various gang shoot-outs and raids in the hoods located at 54th street. This left the gang in a state of confusion with little structure and a lack of organisation. After several months in exile surviving gang members began to show up on the streets once more. However, finding their hood in control by a new set they were left with little option but to move further into the east beach. Here they set up shop and slowly but surely began to establish themselves again, recruiting brothers from the surrounding hoods.

RULES (OOC)

1. Follow all server rules, this applies at all times.
2. Stick IC as often as possible, keep OOC to a minimum.
3. No bitching, if you lose man up and move on. It's a game.
4. It is vital your character has a Black background & name.

1. Always listen to your superiors.
2. Foot soldiers and other lower ranks earn money for the gang.
3. Orders given, do it, if you don't do it, they theirselfs will be done.
4. Don't do anything without permission of a Capitan or higher - If you do, you'll be punished.
5. Do not create issues with other gangs or enter their turf with the intent to cause problems.
6. NEVER snitch on your brothers, sisters or our codes.
7. Never put drugs, money or pussy before your brothers, sisters and principles.

Mano Derecha - Right Hand, helps the General with leading the gang, calls out the orders also partly.

Capitan- Captain, gets all the orders, makes sure the orders are done, has more influence in the gang but doesn't decide alot, mainly does what he's ordered to do.

Soldato - Soldier, a normal foot soldier, has earned his way inside but doesn't have much influence in the gang, follows the orders from Captains. Earns money for the gang.

Bandito - Thug, a foot soldier, has zero influence in the gang and isn't yet a fully respected member and mainly does the dirty jobs, which are ordered by the Captains. Earns money for the gang.

Outsider - Trying to join the gang, far from inside, needs to earn all his respect and isn't trusted with much what happens inside the gang either. Mainly does the little jobs, and earns money for the gang.
